| HR Series motor는 1개(4N force)에서 8개 (32N force)까지 구동요소로
구성되어 있다. HR Series는 Linear와 Rotary Stage 구성이 가능하며
속도 범위가 초당 수 마이크로에서 250mm/sec 까지 광범위한 동적
특성을 갖고 있다. 그리고 일반적인 low friction stage에 쉽게 설치 가능
해서 제품화 할 수 있다. HR series motor의 고유한 특징으로 braking
기능이 있어 servo motor 특유의 떨림 현상을 방지하는 역할을 한다. |
